Terms and Conditions of Sale

Mail order service only No callers at the moment please. Print your name and address clearly on all order forms together with your postal or zip code and country (if overseas).

Ensure that item numbers and catalogue prices are detailed together with the appropriate postage and packing charges as per order form. Most products are sold as single items, but some a resold in pack quantities (the numbers of items in each pact are shown). These items must be ordered iii multiples of pack sizes

Order will be processed on receipt and delivery in the UK will usually be made within 3-4 days. Items out of stock will be notified to you immediately, we do not substitute items unless at the customer's specific request.

Credit notes will be issued for out of stock items, these can be used for subsequent orders or returned for a refund cheque.

Payment to be forwarded with order, and may be cheque, postal order, or cash (registered post). We are pleased to inform that all major credit cards are now accepted. Paid invoices will be forwarded with the goods.

Goods received damaged must be signed for to the carrier accordingly and reported to us within 5 days of receipt. Original wrapping should be retained for inspection. Do not return goods until instructed to do so.

We regret we cannot exchange goods if they comply with the customer's order All goods supplied remain the property of Magic Supreme Ltd until payment has been made in full.

Customers are not given any rights to reproduce goods supplied in any way, and should further undertake that where blades, fire, or any other potentially dangerous goods are being handled you avoid accidents and not present such items to young persons without exercising great care. 

The customer agrees to retain the secrets purchased, in order to perpetuate the mystery of magic. The photographs and drawings of products are shown for illustration only and the products supplied may not be identical to that illustrated, as many of our products are hand crafted and the finish can vary. Most products are unlikely to change, but the information in the catalogue is given in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility for any consequences. director indirect arising from any errors therein.

The prices quoted in this catalogue were correct when printed, we reserve the right to change these prices to reflect the rising costs of manufacture without prior notice.
